We get it. Camping on Exmoor can be uncomfortable, muddy and sometimes cold and wet (even at Caffyns). If you are fearful of missing home comforts on Exmoor, we offer the option of some warmer & more snug Devon farmhouse accommodation onsite. These living quarters, open all year around, enables a more cozy stay while enabling all of Exmoor's unequivocal charm to be felt.
Farmhouse B&B
An idyllic hideaway...
Situated at a refurbished end of a 500 year old Exmoor farmhouse, this en-suite double room B&B ensures an authentic country living experience with some carefully placed modern luxuries on our North Devon farm. The chamber, once the farmyard dairy and complete with gorgeous exposed beams, is gifted with a wonderfully rustic ambience while the bathroom, drink making facilities and TV complement the atmosphere naturally.
Despite being located in the hub of the farm (within eyesight of the Barn Café) this Exmoor B&B contains a private sun-trap courtyard outside the entrance door guaranteeing some tranquility from busy rural life when staying at the farmhouse.

Same rural spirit, but bigger! Here within our Exmoor family apartment we have maintained the same Devon farmhouse feel from the Exmoor B&B, just upsized! Set on a plateau above the stunning Caffyns Farm, even before you enter the door the beauty of Exmoor is thrust upon you with views of North Devon, the Bristol Channel and Wales from the spacious garden.
Our Exmoor family apartment sleeps six with two double beds & and one single located in three rooms. Two bathrooms and extensive washing facilities (including a washing machine & dishwasher) aid the removal of any Exmoor dirt gathered through the day. The apartment is finished off by the roomy lounge area complete with TV, the kitchen fit with sink & microwave and a dining room incorporating a classical mahogany wood table. This is the place where Exmoor getaways become getastays!
