Find your spot...

With Caffyns situated on some 160 acres of idylicc countryside everyone looking for a spot of Exmoor camping will find somewhere here.

Upon arrival, campers are encouraged to take advantage of our relaxed, rule free, pitch-wherever-(and whenever)-you-fancy site to find their temporary home on our North Devon campsite.

Hosting some of the flattest land in undulating Exmoor, visitors can drive around made tracks inter-linking the fields to find their perfect pitch.

Accommodating those wanting more shelter and seclusion in our subdivided smaller fields (perfect for creating a family camp) to larger groups wanting open space with panoramic sea views of the Bristol Channel, we are confident you can find your spot to fall in love with Exmoor camping here.

Experience Exmoor on your doorstep...

Staying at Caffyns provides the smooth without the associated Exmoor rough. The position of our North Devon campsite provides a natural defence against prevailing south-westerlies allowing you to often enjoy a more peaceful rise-and-shine with red deer and herons dotted over the landscape.

Many meander through the farm's acreage meeting the farmyard 'locals' while the more adventurous will later discover superb nearby beaches like Woody Bay and the scenic Lynmouth all within walking distance.

Frequent gorgeous sunsets provide the backdrop to evenings; with our relaxed culture (CAMPFIRES ALLOWED) meant they are often spent engaging in the delights/perils of marshmallow roasting all in the knowledge that the onsite Barn Café, fit with our homegrown cider, can drown any lasting sorrows.
